- Pancetta
- Sausly Pasta Kit
- Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Boil salted water and cook the pasta from your Sausly Pasta Kit until al dente. While it cooks, cut the pancetta into small pieces and fry in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Add the tomato sauce packet from the Sausly Kit to the pancetta, add some grated Pecorino cheese and let it simmer for about 3 minutes. Drain the pasta (save a little pasta water), then mix it with the sauce, adding a splash of pasta water, trust us on this! Top it off with some grated Pecorino cheese. Enjoy!!
